My fiancé and I are so impressed and happy with the custom engagement ring we purchased from eDiamonds & Designs! Elizabeth took the time to get to know us and our tastes. She made the process fun and collaborative, and she and I were able to riff off of each other's ideas to create something really unique and special using a diamond I had from my mother. She sourced watermelon tourmalines to flank the center stone and checked in with me along the way, including showing us a 3D-printed version in person to make sure it was just right before casting. She was clear about costs and willing to work within our range. I can't recommend her strongly enough! We're going back to her again for our wedding bands.
Only good words about eDiamonds and Designs. My experience finding and buying an engagement ring was easy and enjoyable. Elizabeth is genuine, friendly and very collaborative. She made a process that was stressful for me much easier. After an initial chat about what I was looking for, we met to go over lots of beautiful options tailored to my style and budget and were able to create just what i was looking for.
On top of that, I was in a crunch for time, but she was able to deliver the finished ring on very short notice - very clutch and trustworthy. I'll definitely recommend her to all friends looking for excellent, detailed service and quality jewelry.
Elizabeth is truly fantastic! We had such a wonderful experience picking out our stone and setting together in a really friendly atmosphere learning about all things diamonds, jewelry and the history of the area! Can highly recommend and we'll be heading back for our wedding bands without a shadow of a doubt!!

I went to eDiamonds for an engagement ring and had an amazing experience. I was able to bring a sketch to them and have the ring designed exactly as desired. Description: Where to start… I don’t write reviews but I felt very compelled to share my story for those looking for an amazing jeweler that makes you feel like you have known them forever and isn’t into the tacky run of the mill factory selling like the street jewelers of the diamond district. I stopped in a few spots before contacting her on a referral. The other places I went to were like mill farms. They just wanted to know my price range and all felt like they were hustlers. Elizabeth from the initial call to the end was amazing and detail oriented. She makes herself available for your schedule and is extremely discreet throughout the whole process. She will call you, email and even FaceTime to help assist you in picking the perfect engagement ring. She spent the time to get to know me and after going back and forth I told her what I thought I wanted and told her I was open to ideas as well. She showed me a new style of engagement ring I have never seen on any of my friends wives or fiancés and I loved it. After a week of hesitation (I was afraid my fiancé would not like it because she never sent me a photo like this), I finally spoke to her again and went with the newer style with a halo under the main diamond as to not drown it out and show it off while still adding some extra glam to the ring so it wasn’t a single stone. She showed me a few diamonds in my price range and did not try and up sell me to spend more than I was comfortable with. She even came in below what I was looking to spend. When I picked up the ring I was blown away by it! The photos she sent me were amazing but to see it in person was truly something! She gave me a box as well as a small jewelry bag to not have a bulge from the box which came in handy on the big day because my fiancé was not expecting it because she had no clue it was in my jean pocket the whole time! Fast forward and the amount the people who have gloated at the ring and complimented me on picking such a classy and different but modern style they have not seen are too few to mention.
Liked best: The whole process and the way she listened and the quality and workmanship of the final product were second to none. I wouldn’t honestly think of walking into any other jeweler.
How can we improve: I don’t think there is any room for improvement. The whole process was seamless, stress free and perfect!
This referral by a friend was the best thing ever. The service was great. Our earrings are BEAUTIFUL. I could not ask for anything more. We will be back!

Like most grooms, I knew nothing about the diamond market, or what I should be looking for in an engagement ring. Elizabeth was extremely helpful by taking the time to sit and discuss a variety of different options for my fiancés ring. After several weeks I was able to make a decision and Elizabeth delivered everything she promised! Meeting Elizabeth was a real treat! I lost one of the diamonds in my ring and was devastated. A friend introduced us to Elizabeth and I could not have been happier! She not only found the perfect match to the other diamond. She also reworked the setting so it now looks amazing compared to before. I also wanted to redo my other two bands to match the ring and she did an amazing job! She was super creative, attentive to details, very informative and delivered before I expected it!! I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for creativity and superb service!

Good Morning Elizabeth, I can't thank you enough for your help with designing the most beautiful ring I could ever imagine. The stones are so brilliant and I stare at them all the time. I was totally surprised with the ring, which added to the thoughtfulness of the gift. Jay said you are so knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think I will be getting a gift like this for a long time but it is good to know where to go... Happy New Year....
